Huit mois seront n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9fectionner l\u2019ensemble de la toiture de la nef.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>La Nef B est implant\u00e9e entre la Nef A et une coursive int\u00e9rieure (ancien atelier de soudure) lui-m\u00eame adjacent \u00e0 la Nef C. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite en 1968 et servait initialement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9fabrication de tron\u00e7ons manutentionn\u00e9s et transf\u00e9r\u00e9s par portique \u00e0 la Grande Forme. Jusque-l\u00e0 inoccup\u00e9e, ces travaux ouvrent un nouveau chapitre de l&#8217;histoire de la Nef B, qui suite \u00e0 des travaux d&#8217;am\u00e9nagements int\u00e9rieurs en cours de d\u00e9marrage, sera exploit\u00e9e<\/em><em> par MB92 La Ciotat dans sa partie nord. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Entretien avec C\u00e9line Guigou, Responsable du service Am\u00e9nagement de La Ciotat Shipyards et Anthony Lintilhac, Charg\u00e9 d&#8217;Op\u00e9rations.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>En quoi consiste exactement les travaux de la Nef B\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il s\u2019agit de remplacer la toiture sur une surface de 8 300m<sup>2<\/sup>, le bardage haut c\u00f4t\u00e9 Nef A pour 900 m<sup>2<\/sup> et de mettre en \u0153uvre une protection anticorrosion sur toute la structure porteuse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ces travaux font partie du projet de r\u00e9habilitation des Grandes Nefs A, B, C, que souhaite initier LCS depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es compte tenu de la v\u00e9tust\u00e9 des toitures et des bardages. Une grande partie est compos\u00e9e de plaques contenant de l\u2019amiante et les nefs ne remplissent plus les attentes des activit\u00e9s qu\u2019elles abritent (infiltrations). D\u2019autre part, ces nefs doivent d\u00e9sormais r\u00e9pondre aux exigences sp\u00e9cifiques en termes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie li\u00e9es \u00e0 la coactivit\u00e9 dans des b\u00e2timents contigus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le chantier de r\u00e9fection de la toiture de la Nef B a \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9 en diff\u00e9rentes lots attribu\u00e9s comme suit :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>D\u00e9barrassage et d\u00e9pose des ponts roulants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">au groupement DI Environnement (mandataire)\/GEOTRADE<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Mise en place des protections\u00a0en sous-face (film thermo-r\u00e9tractable et filets antichute polyan\u00e9s) et en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie (garde-corps et structure \u00e9chafaud\u00e9e de circulation)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Pose des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la toiture (lifts et sapines)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9samiantage et repose de la nouvelle couverture, du nouveau bardage et des \u00e9quipements (lanterneaux de d\u00e9senfumage et d\u2019\u00e9clairement naturel, ch\u00e9neaux, descentes eau pluviale, lignes de vie, escaliers d\u2019acc\u00e8s toitures) ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">au groupement DI Environnement(mandataire)\/DAZIN AZUR MONTAGE\/APC ETANCH\u2019GRAND SUD<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Traitement anti-corrosion de la charpente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00e0 l\u2019entreprise NJE<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qui finance les travaux ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le montant global des travaux de r\u00e9habilitation de l&#8217;ensemble des nefs rench\u00e9ri par les co\u00fbts de d\u00e9samiantage n\u00e9cessite un montage combinant plusieurs financements : des subventions de la part de l\u2019Etat et de la R\u00e9gion Sud Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4te d\u2018Azur \u00e0 hauteur de 3,7 millions d\u2019euros (CPER), une aide sollicit\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s des collectivit\u00e9s actionnaires (pas encore valid\u00e9e au Conseil d&#8217;Administration), un emprunt et des fonds propres LCS. Une partie des travaux de r\u00e9fection sera \u00e9galement r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par les occupants des nefs qui porteront la mise en conformit\u00e9 incendie (construction d\u2019un mur coupe-feu notamment) en lien avec leur classement ICPE (installations class\u00e9es pour la protection de l\u2019environnement).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quelles sont les particularit\u00e9s de ce chantier\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019une des particularit\u00e9s de ce chantier est de le r\u00e9aliser en site occup\u00e9. En effet, la Nef B a \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9e en 2022, pour sa moiti\u00e9 nord \u00e0 MB92 qui a d\u00e9but\u00e9 des travaux d\u2019am\u00e9nagement et sur une partie de l&#8217;autre moiti\u00e9 en espace de stockage provisoire \u00e0 Exail. L&#8217;objectif \u00e9tait donc d&#8217;organiser la coactivit\u00e9 pour maintenir les travaux en cours au sol tout en r\u00e9alisant ceux de la toiture avec une probl\u00e9matique de d\u00e9samiantage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nous avons travaill\u00e9 pour cela \u00e9troitement en phase de conception avec la CARSAT (Caisse d\u2019Assurance Retraite et de la Sant\u00e9 au Travail) afin de mettre en place des mesures sp\u00e9cifiques. Ainsi les travaux de couverture ne d\u00e9buteront qu\u2019apr\u00e8s la pose de la protection \u00e9tanche en sous-face de toiture et s\u2019organiseront de la fa\u00e7on suivante par l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur : d\u00e9samiantage le matin d\u2019une surface de 150 \u00e0 200m\u00b2 environ, restitution le midi apr\u00e8s nettoyage et travaux de couverture l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi afin de toujours maintenir le b\u00e2timent hors d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nous avons \u00e9galement pr\u00eat\u00e9 une attention particuli\u00e8re avec l\u2019Architecte des B\u00e2timents de France au choix des mat\u00e9riaux et des couleurs car les Grandes Nefs repr\u00e9sentent un volume important sur le site avec 21 000 m<sup>2<\/sup> d&#8217;emprise au sol. Un autre crit\u00e8re \u00e9tait de permettre la pose ult\u00e9rieure de panneaux photovolta\u00efques sur le pan sud de la toiture en vue d&#8217;une autoconsommation sur le
