[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Following a call for projects procedure (launched in October 2017) in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 2017-562 of 19 April 2017 relating to the property of public persons, followed by some adjustments, the local Public Company LA CIOTAT SHIPYARDS, having its registered office at 46 quai Fran\u00e7ois Mitterrand, 13600 La Ciotat, France concluded on February 27 2019 with the countersignature of the Bouches du Rh\u00f4ne Department (acting as the granting authority of the aforementioned local Public Company) a temporary occupancy Agreement (TOA) for a duration of 35 years (from the delivery date of the platform including the quays and equipment) with the company “MB 92 La Ciotat” having its registered office at 46 quai Fran\u00e7ois Mitterrand, 13600 La Ciotat, France, to occupy and use an area of 23,400 m2 situated on a future platform dedicated to the haulout of large yachts, with a total area of approximately 4 hectares served by a shiplift with a lifting capacity of 4000T. The conclusion of this TOA was approved by Resolution No. 141 of the Standing Committee of the Departmental Council of the Bouches du Rh\u00f4ne dated December 14 2018. The TOA came into effect on Mars 1 2019. Pursuant to the provisions of the TOA, the company MB92 is committed to pay LCS, an initial fee of 32 million euros before tax, as well as a fixed annual fee of 400,000 euros before tax and a variable annual fee equal to 1% of the fraction of the revenue generated by the platform, which exceeds 35 million euros.<\/p>\n
