This TOA gives the latter the right to occupy a 200 m dry-dock and various related areas, representing a total surface area of \u200b\u200bapproximately 38 000 m2, for the maintenance, repair and refit of large yachts. The 32-month TOA will take effect from January 1, 2020. Pursuant to the provisions of the TOA, the company \u201cMB 92 LA CIOTAT\u201d is committed to pay LCS a fee equal to 3% (three percent) of the turnover generated through the implementation of the Agreement, without a cap, with a indexed minimum guarantee of 1.2 million euros annually before tax.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">Call for projects notice<\/span><\/b>:<\/strong> <span
