{"id":3164,"date":"2019-11-20T09:35:37","date_gmt":"2019-11-20T08:35:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.laciotat-shipyards.com\/?p=3164"},"modified":"2019-11-21T11:37:53","modified_gmt":"2019-11-21T10:37:53","slug":"revamping-of-the-shed-project-open","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.laciotat-shipyards.com\/en\/revamping-of-the-shed-project-open\/","title":{"rendered":"Revamping of the \u00ab Transit \u00bb shed : applications are open !"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>As previously announced by Patrick Bor\u00e9, President of La Ciotat Shipyards at the La Ciotat Yachting Village foundation stone-laying ceremony, the public tender for the revamping and management of the \u00ab Transit \u00bb shed is now open !<\/h3>\n<p>This project mingles the implementation of La Ciotat Shipyards\u2019 industrial ambitions with the promotion of their cultural heritage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Located right at the entrance of the yard, facing the future 4300t platform and next to the Yachting Village, this large shed was built in the 1940s and is a witness of the industry from first half of the 20th century recognizable by its metal-frame structure. With a footprint of 1800 m2 and a height of 22m, it is an iconic element of the shipyard.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jean-Yves Saussol, CEO of LCS underlines that : \u00ab <em> this tender is a fantastic opportunity for an investor wishing to settle long-term in the heart of the shipyards. On the one hand, the volume of the building offers the opportunity to create and operate large working spaces on a site where they become rare and where demand is high. On the other hand, it allows to set up an extraordinary place with a strong visual identity. Like other projects run by our company in recent years, we offer a win-win partnership. <\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Published in the Official Bulletin of Public Announcements and in the Official Journal of the European Union, the concession notice and the terms and conditions are available <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laciotat-shipyards.com\/en\/companies-on-site\/join-the-site\/\">here<\/a> (French version only).<br \/>\nThe selection procedure will consist of two parts : In the first place, candidates are requested to make themselves known before the 10th of January 2020 at 4.00 pm. Depending on the quality of the applications, a maximum of three finalists will then be invited to submit an offer.
