La Ciotat Shipyards (LCS) welcome the fact that the official Enquiry Commissioner expressed a favourable opinion<\/strong> on the ATLAS-4300t platform<\/a>. It follows the public inquiry organised from December 11th, 2019 to January 15th, 2020. We are even more pleased to note that this opinion is totally free from any reservation and does not require any modification of the project.<\/p>\n

This opinion rewards the important work that LCS have carried out for more than 2 years together with the competent French State services, the “Parc national des Calanques” and a large numbers of worldwide renowned experts in order to become a model in sustainability. The public inquiry was conducted without any complacency in accordance with the environnemental code. It has enabled LCS to highlight the main concerns of the public and provide appropriate answers.<\/p>\n

In view of the major economic and social benefits of this project mentioned by a majority of submitted contributions during the public inquiry, LCS hope a rapid approval from the Prefect in order to proceed the works as scheduled.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
