Celle-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e en 2002 \u00e0 la suite des attentats du 11 septembre dans l\u2019objectif d&#8217;instaurer une proc\u00e9dure commune et internationale pour \u00e9viter tout acte illicite \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019une zone portuaire et maritime. Notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a donc d\u00e9j\u00e0 entrepris plusieurs am\u00e9nagements en ce sens qui pourront plus largement profiter aux entreprises et usagers du site \u00e0 l&#8217;approche de la livraison de la future <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laciotat-shipyards.com\/fr\/amenagements-en-cours\/plateforme-megayacht\/\">plateforme Atlas-4300t<\/a> pr\u00e9vue en septembre prochain.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"TextRun SCXW129502143 BCX8\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW129502143 BCX8\">PROT\u00c9GER LES \u00c9QUIPAGES ET ATTIRER DE NOUVEAUX YACHTS<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW129502143 BCX8\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le renforcement de la s\u00fbret\u00e9 permettra non seulement de prot\u00e9ger les infrastructures mais \u00e9galement les navires et leurs \u00e9quipages vivant \u00e0 bord toute la dur\u00e9e de la maintenance, ce parfois pendant plusieurs mois. La norme ISPS est assur\u00e9ment <strong>un argument dans le choix du chantier<\/strong> pour les capitaines de yachts. Depuis d\u00e9cembre 2021, LCS d\u00e9ploie des cam\u00e9ras sur le site, 85 cam\u00e9ras au total dont 12 pour la plateforme Atlas-4300t \u00e0 elle seule ! Pour se pr\u00e9munir des intrusions sur le site, LCS s\u2019est dot\u00e9e de cam\u00e9ras thermiques associ\u00e9es \u00e0 des cam\u00e9ras d\u00f4mes qui, coupl\u00e9es \u00e0 une surveillance visuelle 24\/24 par des agents portuaires, l\u00e8veront le doute en cas de tentative d\u2019intrusion. Selon le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral &#8220;<em>une cinquantaine de cam\u00e9ras et le CSU (Centre de Surveillance Urbaine soit le poste de contr\u00f4le des cam\u00e9ras) sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 op\u00e9rationnels depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. La vid\u00e9osurveillance sera enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e sur le site cet \u00e9t\u00e9.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"TextRun SCXW129502143 BCX8\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW129502143 BCX8\">RENFORCER LES CONTR\u00d4LES D\u2019ACC\u00c8S<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW129502143 BCX8\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\"> TOUT EN D\u00c9MAT\u00c9RIALISANT LES PROC\u00c9DURES\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour cela, LCS va d\u00e9buter d\u00e8s le 2\u00e8me trimestre 2022 des <strong>travaux \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e du site<\/strong>. Le poste de garde qui assure un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la s\u00fbret\u00e9, sera d\u00e9plac\u00e9 de plusieurs dizaines de m\u00e8tres \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur du site, zone \u00e0 partir de laquelle s\u2019effectuera les contr\u00f4les d\u2019acc\u00e8s de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 les faciliter tout en \u00e9vitant l&#8217;engorgement de la voie routi\u00e8re. Il b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera \u00e9galement d&#8217;un renfort notable en effectifs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation des demandes d\u2019acc\u00e8s<\/strong> est \u00e9galement en cours de d\u00e9ploiement. Les agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 auront une liste des visiteurs en temps r\u00e9el et les donneurs d&#8217;ordre et leurs sous-traitants pourront eux-m\u00eames saisir leurs demandes d\u2019acc\u00e8s avant d\u2019\u00eatre valid\u00e9es par LCS. Ce syst\u00e8me rendra possibles les contr\u00f4les \u00e0 tout moment dans l\u2019enceinte des chantiers pour \u00e9viter les intrusions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"TextRun SCXW129502143 BCX8\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW129502143 BCX8\">AM\u00c9LIORER LA CIRCULATION ET L&#8217;IMAGE DU SITE<\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW129502143 BCX8\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le renforcement du poste de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 r\u00e9pondra \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation de la fr\u00e9quentation (navires, personnes et v\u00e9hicules) des chantiers qu\u2019engendrera la livraison de la plateforme Atlas-4300t. Le site compte aujourd\u2019hui environ 1000 visiteurs par jour, chiffre qui devrait s\u2019\u00e9lever \u00e0 environ 1500 visiteurs dans quelques mois. Une voie suppl\u00e9mentaire a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 cet effet ainsi qu\u2019une \u201czone tampon\u201d pour les v\u00e9hicules n\u00e9cessitant un arr\u00eat au poste de garde et 2 voies d\u00e9di\u00e9es aux v\u00e9los et pi\u00e9tons. Le futur poste de garde dont l\u2019architecture sera un nouveau clin d\u2019\u0153il \u00e0 l\u2019histoire des chantiers navals de La Ciotat (article \u00e0 venir) sera modernis\u00e9 et abritera le CSU aujourd\u2019hui h\u00e9berg\u00e9 dans le b\u00e2timent administratif LCS.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"TextRun SCXW129502143 BCX8\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW129502143 BCX8\">\u00caTRE PLUS EFFICACE EN CAS D\u2019INTERVENTION DES SECOURS\/POMPIERS <\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW129502143 BCX8\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9276 size-medium alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.laciotat-shipyards.com\/semideplacyotat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/pompiers-sur-le-site-1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.laciotat-shipyards.com\/semideplacyotat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/pompiers-sur-le-site-1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.laciotat-shipyards.com\/semideplacyotat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/pompiers-sur-le-site-1.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En parall\u00e8le, les \u00e9quipes LCS travaillent en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les op\u00e9rateurs du site (MB92 et Monaco Marine), le SDIS et Le D\u00e9partement des Bouches-du-Rh\u00f4ne afin de <strong>renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du site<\/strong>, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire les mesures visant \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les accidents (versus la s\u00fbret\u00e9 visant elle \u00e0 se prot\u00e9ger contre la malveillance).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les pompiers des Bouches-du-Rh\u00f4ne ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 effectu\u00e9 plusieurs visites de rep\u00e9rage pour mieux identifier les acc\u00e8s aux navires et infrastructures et pr\u00e9voient dans les jours \u00e0 venir des exercices visant \u00e0 optimiser leurs interventions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c <em>Les op\u00e9rateurs du site (MB92, Monaco Marine, IxBlue, Nautech, Classic Works) sont tr\u00e8s sensibilis\u00e9s aux questions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la suret\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
