Ce dispositif mis en place en collaboration avec la mission locale de La Ciotat et P\u00f4le Emploi a pour objectif de faire d\u00e9couvrir aux jeunes les m\u00e9tiers li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019industrie du yachting et de les accompagner dans une \u00e9ventuelle formation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les jeunes, accompagn\u00e9s des \u00e9quipes de Madame Sylvie Borel, experte territoriale P\u00f4le Emploi sur la fili\u00e8re maritime, ont tout d\u2019abord \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillis sur la zone moyenne plaisance pour assister \u00e0 une man\u0153uvre de mise \u00e0 terre d\u2019un yacht avec l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vateur \u00e0 sangles 300t. Ils ont ensuite poursuivi la visite vers la zone grande plaisance o\u00f9 les agents d\u2019exploitation de La Ciotat Shipyards s\u2019appr\u00eataient \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 l\u2019eau un yacht de 50 m\u00e8tres avec l\u2019ascenseur 2000t.<br \/>\n\u00ab <em>Ce que j\u2019ai retenu, c\u2019est la polyvalence que n\u00e9cessitent les m\u00e9tiers ainsi que l\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/em> \u00bb pr\u00e9cise Manon, en recherche d\u2019une nouvelle formation en m\u00e9canique navale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La matin\u00e9e s\u2019est cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e par une visite du Grand Portique sous un grand soleil. Ravis de leur visite, les 6 jeunes ont pu remettre leurs CV \u00e0 nos services en vue d\u2019un \u00e9ventuel contrat d\u2019accompagnement dans l\u2019emploi pouvant aller jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 9 mois qui leur permettrait de se forger une premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience dans le secteur de la r\u00e9paration navale gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une formation interne avec un tuteur.<br \/>\n\u00ab <em>Nous esp\u00e9rons que cette premi\u00e8re initiative pourra servir d\u2019exemple aux entreprises du site et \u00eatre une solution pour former des jeunes \u00e0 certains m\u00e9tiers du secteur maritime
