[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Au terme d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure de mise en concurrence organis\u00e9e par LCS conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi, MB92 confirme qu\u2019il est toujours le plus fort sur le march\u00e9 du refit des super et des m\u00e9ga yachts en remportant une nouvelle fois la mise. La nouvelle convention a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9e le 27 mars 2019 par M Antonio Cirera, Directeur Financier du groupe MB92 et repr\u00e9sentant la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 MB 92 La Ciotat et Jean-Yves Saussol, DG de La Ciotat Shipyards. Elle prolonge le titre d\u2019occupation d\u00e9tenu par MB92 La Ciotat sur la Grande Forme de radoub<\/a> jusqu\u2019en ao\u00fbt 2022. Selon M. Mennem, Pr\u00e9sident de MB92 La Ciotat\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0MB92 est ravi d\u2019avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi pour continuer \u00e0 exploiter la Grande Forme. La signature de cette nouvelle COT va d\u00e9bloquer \u00e0 court terme plusieurs gros contrats et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la dynamique de d\u00e9veloppement engag\u00e9e depuis ces derniers mois. Cons\u00e9quence de cette dynamique, de nouveaux emplois devraient \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9s au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine. La Ciotat est plus que jamais une priorit\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement pour notre groupe.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

M\u00eame si elle s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de la continuit\u00e9, la nouvelle convention va encore renforcer l\u2019int\u00e9ressement de LCS au d\u00e9veloppement du site, avec une part variable de redevance, assortie d\u2019un minimum garanti, au service des investissements dans les infrastructures portuaires.
