We are looking for skilled professionals with experience in painting, varnishing and surface preparation to join our superyacht finishing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surface preparation and sanding
- Filling and fairing
- Brush & roller application
- Airless paint application
- Varnish application by brush
- Polishing and finishing works
- Deliver high-end finishing standards
Profile:
- Experience in yacht painting, automotive bodywork, industrial painting, aerospace coatings, luxury interiors, furniture finishing or high-end building decoration
- Knowledge of paint, coating and varnish systems
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous yacht experience is an advantage but not essential
