Comment ça marche ?

Step 1: ACCOUNT SETUP

Access the new interface: Your Client Portal
In the menu bar, click on “Initialisez votre compte”
Enter the following information:

Client number: XXXXXXX
Contract number:XXXXXX
Email address: XXXXXX

Choose a password

Step 2: UPLOADING YOUR DOCUMENTS

Log in using your email address and password
Go to the « Mes Contrats »
« Gérer mon contrat »
Upload your documents
Confirm your submission online

Step 3: RENEWAL REQUEST

Go to the harbor office with:
- Your confirmation email
- A valid ID document
Sign your renewal request on site

Step 4: CONTRACT SIGNATURE

Log in to your account
Sign your contract online

Step 5: PAYMENT

Choose your payment method
