AWOL Yachts is looking for a motivated and dynamic Chef de Bord to support and coordinate finishing projects within the superyacht industry.
This position is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily activities on site
- Support project managers and finishing teams
- Monitor work progress and communicate updates
- Assist with planning, logistics and organisation
- Ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently
- Maintain high quality standards throughout the project
Profile:
- Motivated, energetic and proactive
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- English speaking preferred
- Previous experience in yachting, construction or project environments is an advantage but not essential
